- Network Security & Firewall Deployment: Maintain and troubleshoot six FortiGate firewalls across multiple WANs and IPsec VPNs, configuring VLANs, firewall policies, CGNAT, SSO-enabled access and captive portals. Use FortiAnalyzer for troubleshooting. Led the end-to-end deployment of FortiGate 100F firewalls in high availability at the Poland office, including AWS connectivity.
- Vulnerability Management: Support ongoing vulnerability remediation and security improvements across backend systems, using Qualys, CrowdStrike and Prisma for reporting and visibility.
- Cloud & Automation: Maintain around 150 AWS machines supporting services delivered to over 2 million set-top boxes across Europe. Automate infrastructure tasks using Linux, Python and Fabric.
- Identity & Integration: Configured Azure SSO for 10+ applications and developed API and Power Automate integrations to reduce manual work between internal systems.
- Service Ownership & Continuity: Created the company's Business and Technical Continuity Plans and provide 24/7 operational support.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact for 20+ applications and vendor agreements, coordinating suppliers and communicating technical matters to stakeholders.
